We give complete peace of mind that our tractors are free from defective workmanship and faulty materials with a 12 month manufacturer’s parts warranty.

 Please read this section carefully and contact Stockman Tractors immediately if you have any questions.
Company policy is to provide value for money products and we take every opportunity to save our customers' money while delivering the highest quality products and service possible at the price. Although it would not reasonable to expect Chinese equipment to meet the quality or specification of Western counterparts Stockman Tractors does represent incredible value for money.

All tractors and equipment supplied by Stockman Tractors are guaranteed delivered in full working order. Stockman Tractors also give a twelve month's manufacturers guarantee on all non wear parts.

Stockman Tractors also offer of 12 months labour warranty subject to a two-hour rule:-

Stockman Tractors engineers can almost always diagnose a fault over the phone and estimate the repair time. Stockman Tractors will send out an engineer to repair equipment at the request the customer. If the engineer takes longer than two hours to repair the fault then the fault is considered serious and there is no charge to the customer. However, if the fault is diagnosed as minor and can be fixed by the engineer within two hours then the customer would be charged a call out fee.

This policy allows customers to take advantage of Stockman Tractors low price / high specification value for money axiom while remaining secure in the knowledge that their equipment is fully protected against serious failure.

Most important is that your equipment is correctly maintained. It is essential for you to establish a program of routine, preventative and planned maintenance measures to ensure equipment remains in a serviceable condition. The regularity and level of maintenance varies with each application and depends on storage and usage. As the owner you have the responsibility to maintain the tractor in a satisfactory condition.

 This does not affect your statutory rights. Extended Warranty
An extension to the manufacturers warranty is offered by Stockman Tractors at a very competitive price. £500 when purchased with a new tractor.
This will extend the normal 12 month warranty for an extra 12 months and includes a full service valued at £150.

So for less than 96p per day you can have complete peace of mind.

  NB: Failure to make complete payment will invalidate the warranty.
